Stephanie Richards

SowGrow Public Relations was established in 2006 in Metro Atlanta by public relations and media relations specialist Stephanie Richards. Stephanie specializes in helping business-to-business (B2B) companies gain positive national and local media exposure in all forms of media. Stephanie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Professional Writing with a concentration in Applied Writing and support areas in Composition and Rhetoric and Creative Writing. Stephanie has also completed a Kennesaw State University continuing education course on grant writing. She speaks on the topic of public relations and is a former member of Vistage, an international network of CEOs and business owners. Stephanie lives in Metro Atlanta with her husband and sons.

Sarah Stewart

Account Manager and Social Media Strategist

Sarah Stewart has been part of the SowGrow PR team since 2015 and serves as its Account Manager and Social Media Strategist. She holds the social media expert chair on the SowGrow Marketing Council and SGMC Podcast. Sarah began her career writing for newspapers in 2003, including the Atlanta Business Chronicle, where she won three Associated Press awards for business and health reporting. She followed up with communications and member engagement roles at the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning, Chart Your Course International and the Southern Association of Independent Schools. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English from Georgia State University and numerous certificates in digital and social media marketing. Sarah lives in Metro Atlanta with her husband and sons.

Crisis Communication Director

As president of Cindy Miller Communications, Cindy Miller specializes in crisis communications, helping companies weather the current storm and prepare themselves before the next one is on the horizon. A former Metro Editor for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Cindy has worked with Google, FedEx, Coca-Cola, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Arylessence, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, The Associated Press and the U.S. military newspaper Stars and Stripes. Cindy is a member of Vistage, an international network of CEOs and business owners, and a past president of the Atlanta Women’s Network.

Kriston Sellier is the CEO of id8, a full service, award-winning design firm in Atlanta, founded in 2000. Kriston helps clients relate their business goals to tangible design solutions that position them for success. id8 works hand-in-hand with every client to identify clear business goals—from generating leads, to improving customer service, to positioning for expansion—and deliver design solutions that will be an integral part of meeting those goals. id8 was named on the Top 25 Best Small Businesses list in Working Mother magazine and has won numerous awards from USA and American Graphic Design & Advertising.
